Assistant Site Manager

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager who will assist the Site Manager in all aspects of site control and administration. The Assistant Site Manager is an integral member of the Site Operation Team, and is expected to act in a responsible and professional manner at all times maintaining good working relations with site management, clients, our chain of sub–contractors, suppliers and designers and with the general public. The Assistant Site Manager shall assist the Project Manager & Site Manager to ensure the site adhered to all HSEQ policies. The post holder will need to be physically fit and able to converse in a polite, professional and businesslike manner with all levels of staff and contractors alike. Applicants must have experience of working on site in a similar role with a construction or residential property developer.
